Schedule and Arrangement for Oral and Poster Presentation

Oral Presentation

Updated schedule will be posted at the entrance of each Lecture Theater prior to start of the session.

Each presenter is given 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by a 5-minute question and answer session.  Computers with Microsoft PowerPoint will be provided.  To avoid non-compatibility of the equipment, we suggest that you use our computers for presentation.  Please provide the Administration Office with a CD-ROM with your PowerPoint file at least 4 hours before start of your session.

Poster Presentation

Attached is the list for poster presentation.

We will provide up to 2 exhibition boards (plastic surface, with dimension 1m width x 2.5m high) for each poster presentation from 8:30 a.m. on 22 June 2005 to 6:00 p.m. on 24 June 2005 on UG level, Esther Lee Building, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  The boards will be available for decoration at 2:00 p.m. on 21 June 2005.
