5-day Post-conference Tour to Wuyishan
A 5-day guided tour will be arranged to Wuyishan, via Fuzhou and Xiamen, in Fujian Province, China from 26 to 30 June 2005 with details below:

II.Fee
Fees include:
(1)Tour Fee:Adult US$390 / HK$2,980 (Extra charge for single room US$90 / HK$700)
Child (of age below 11 not occupying a bed) US$325 / HK$2,480
(2)Hong Kong airport tax:US$16 / HK$120
(3)Security tax:US$4.5 / HK$33
(4)Fuel surcharge:US$20 / HK$154
(5)China airport tax:US$18 / HK$140
(6)Tips for tour guide and driver:US$39 / HK$300 (to be paid during the tour)
Remark:Items (2) to (5) are subject to change without notice.
III.Registration and payment
To reserve a place, participants should register at the website of the IUCN/WCPA EA-5 Conference (website http://www.focp.org.hk) and pay the deposit of HK$1,000 / US$130 online before 15 April 2005.
The balance of items (1) to (5) should be paid before 15 May 2005.

IV.Cancellation of tour
The tour is confirmed subject to enrollment of sufficient number of participants and decision of the Organizing Committee for the IUCN/WCPA EA-5 Conference and the China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited.Payment will be refunded upon cancellation of the trip.
Payment is non-refundable to participants who cancelled the reservation.
V.Remarks
Participation in the Tour is bound by the terms of service provided by China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited.
Participants should ensure that they have valid travel document to China.
Participants are encouraged to procure their own travel insurance.
