Returning purchased
books :
- In the event of the following,
you can return any books purchased online within 7 days of
parcel delivery : (i) printing or production defect; or (ii)
Incorrect title.
- Please return the books together
with a completed "Return
Form"
by surface mail. Postage for
returning books will be borne by Friends of the Country Parks
and credited to your credit card account.
- Unless the goods returned for
exchange are out of stock, you may only request re-delivery
of title(s) you have originally ordered. No refund or exchange
for other titles will be accepted.
